Founded in 2025 by Noel and Grace Lumbu, Étoile Events Center was created from a shared passion for bringing people together. After years of hosting and planning events for family and friends, Noel and Grace recognized the need for an event space in Burlington that blended elegance, creativity, and warmth. Today, our event center in Burlington, NC, welcomes guests to celebrate life’s most cherished occasions with comfort and style.

Our vision is to design an event center and meeting space where love stories, celebrations, and milestones shine in the most beautiful and meaningful way.

Venue Features & Amenities

  • Setup and Breakdown Time: All bookings include dedicated time for setup before the event and breakdown afterwards for a smooth experience.
  • Seating and Furniture: Tables and chairs are provided for seating up to 100 to 150 guests for comfortable dining and socialising.
  • Full Venue Access: Guests have access to both floors, including the private dressing room for added convenience.
  • Free WiFi: Complimentary WiFi is available for you and your guests throughout the venue.
  • Free Parking: Complimentary on site parking is provided for all guests for easy arrival and departure.
  • Accessibility: The ground floor space is fully wheelchair accessible to ensure comfort for all guests.
  • Deposits: A refundable security deposit applies and is returned after venue inspection within 14 days. Deposits are non refundable for cancellations but transferable if the event date is rescheduled.

Her passion for celebrating life’s meaningful moments inspired the creation of a space where love and joy can thrive. Known for her calm approach and dedication to client satisfaction, Noel leads with creativity and purpose. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, exploring music, and staying up to date with new event design trends.

Grace Lumbu brings over eight years of experience in event design and wedding planning to Étoile Events Center. Her career began with a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces that make people feel connected and inspired. Over the years, friends and family trusted her to decorate and coordinate their special days, leading her to transform that passion into a family business. Known for her creativity and keen eye for detail, Grace has designed countless unique event themes and experiences that leave lasting impressions. Apart from work, she enjoys interior design, traveling, cooking, and helping others bring their visions to life.
